Together with GES-2, we made toys for creative exploration by children of any age.

There is no final result here: creativity, search and fantasy need air. In free play, everything that was previously locked becomes open.

At first glance, it may seem that the House of Culture "GES-2" is the most modern building in Moscow, but in reality it is more than a hundred years old.

The power plant on Bolotny Island was built back in Tsarist Russia, survived revolution, war and stagnation, supplied electricity to trams, the Kremlin and the city center, was modernized and rebuilt many times, and only in 2021 with the help of the V-A-C Foundation managed by Renzo Piano has found a new life as a cultural space open to all.

The small Building Blocks "GES-2" recreates the outer side of the building that looks at the Patriarchal Bridge. The toy is recognizable as the new blue chimneys of Renzo Piano and the characteristic arches of the pre-revolutionary power plant.

Two Building Blocks created by Raduga Grez represent the interior and exterior of the House of Culture "GES-2". Sets can be combined to create even more combinations.
